Flashback to 3/15 when I gave a delicious Acai Bowl Workshop at Bandier in NYC! Some wonderful ladies from Women's Health, Self Magazine, and Reader's Digest joined me for some super nutritious berry bowl-making! Some featured ingredients in this little snip, and to make at home:
For the Acai Mix (throw in blender or food processor):
- Sambazon Unsweetened Acai Smoothie Pack (you can find these at whole foods)
- Small Bananas
- Vanilla Almond Milk (unsweetened)
- Organic Honey
For the Toppings:
- Pure by Elizabeth - Original Ancient Grain Granola
- Peanut Butter - all natural and organic
- Almond Butter - all natural and organic
- Cacao Nibs
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
- Kiwi
- Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- Chia Seeds
- Hemp Seeds
